Funeral services for Hazel Parker, 83, of Tulsa will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 9, 2007 at Fleetwood Cemetery in Sallisaw with Mr. Joe Wofford officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Lescher-Millsap Funeral Home.
Hazel Parker was born November 10, 1923 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma the daughter of Clyde Renfro and Julia (Burns) Renfro and died January 6, 2007 in Tulsa. She attended Carlile School in the Vian-Gore area and had lived in Tulsa the past 30 years. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Frank Parker; three brothers, Wayne, Melvin and Julius Renfro; sister Erma Poteete.
Survivors include her children, Paula Hart and Bob of Tulsa, Donald Calcote and wife Sherry of Muskogee, Sherlene Hernandez and husband Phil of Sand Springs, and Stephen Parker of Tulsa; two sisters, Carol Renfro of Sallisaw and Wylene Welch of Tulsa; eight grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Arrangements are under the direction of Lescher-Millsap Funeral Home, 2801 Chandler Road, Muskogee, OK 74403.
