— Ross Allen Wright 1948 – 2007
Ross Wright, 58, passed away at his home, Jan. 11, 2007. He was born in Muskogee on Oct. 26, 1948 to Mr. & Mrs. Wilbur Wright.
He was preceded in death by his father, Wilbur Wright & his brother, Wilbur G. Wright. He leaves to cherish his memories, his wife Cecelia, one son, Dustin, of the home. Two daughters, Angela Clark, of Tulsa & Ginger Peter, of Jenks. His mother, Lorene Wright, of Muskogee, 7 grandchildren. One sister, Clara Welch & her husband, Loren. Four brothers, Billy, Johnny, Jimmy & Donald, all of Muskogee, & a host of nieces & nephews.
Ross was a die-hard OU fan & he loved Elvis music. He was also the family “weather watcher”, especially when there was a Tornado Watch. Ross was ill for many years but now the Angels in Heaven are celebrating his home-coming. He was raised & saved at Shiloh Baptist Church.
Memorial services for Ross will be held Monday, Jan. 15th at 2:00 p.m. at Church On The Go, 327 East Side Blvd. with his brother-in-law, Rev. Loren Welch officiating.
