Mildred E. Nicholson Leach 1923-2007
Funeral services for Mildred E. (Nicholson) Leach, 83, of Fort Gibson will be held at 1:00 P.M. Monday, January 22, 2007 at Lescher-Millsap Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Danny Gandara officiating. Pallbearers are her grandsons. Burial will be in Greenhill Cemetery under the direction of Lescher-Millsap Funeral Home.
Mildred E. (Nicholson) Leach was born October 11, 1923 at McLain, Oklahoma, the daughter of William and Cora (Logan) Mansker and died January 19, 2007 in Muskogee. She was a long time resident of Fort Gibson and a member of the First Baptist Church. She married George Leach December 6, 1968 in Muskogee. She retired from Brockway Glass Company. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband George Leach, one daughter Karen (Tracy) Smith, sister Stella Mansker, two brothers Troy and Carl Mansker.
Mrs. Leach is survived by a daughter, Barbara Setser and husband Dave of Keller, TX; three sons, Johnny Nicholson and wife Shirley of Wagoner, Jerry Nicholson and wife Shirley of Idabel, Wayne Nicholson and wife Linda of Wagoner; sisters Edith Bishop of Fort Gibson and Margaret Swanson of Muskogee; brother Bill Mansker of Muskogee; nine grandchildren; five great grandchildren.
Arrangements are under the direction of Lescher-Millsap Funeral Home 2801 Chandler Road, Muskogee.
