Funeral services for Jack Hill, 78, of Muskogee, Oklahoma will be held at 1:00 P.M. Monday, January 29, 2007 at Valley View Full Gospel Church in Fort Gibson with Reverend Don Rhyne officiating. Burial will be in Fort Gibson National Cemetery under the direction of Millsap Funeral Service of Fort Gibson.
Mr. Hill was born April 25, 1928 at Goodland, OK. the son of C.O. and Emma (Latham) Hill and died Wednesday, January 24, 2007 at Muskogee. He served his country from 1948 to 1952 in the U.S. Navy. In 1981 he married Nadine Justice in Paris, TX. Mr. Hill was a Leather Foreman for Wells Lamont Glove Manufacturer. He had lived in the area since 1991.
Survivors include his wife, Nadine of the home; sons, Chris Hill of Muskogee, Justin Ward of Newton, MS., Bartley Hill of CA., Jackie Hill of Soper, OK.; step-sons, Donnie Vinson, Mike Gurry; step-daughter, Linda Jestice; brothers, Charles Hill of Texas, Bob Eagleberger of Stringtown, OK.; step-brother, Bill Eagleberger; sister, Laverne Pence of Hugo; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Allen Hill; sister, Wanda Winters.
