Muskogee County medics assist a motorcyclist who was injured with his passenger in a two-vehicle collision Tuesday afternoon. Muskogee Police Officer Lincoln Anderson the motorcycle, a red Kawasaki Ninja, struck a silver Toyota Highlander as the driver of the Toyota tried to pull into a parking spot at Broadway and Seventh Street. The names of the drivers and the motorcycle passenger were not available. The motorcyclist had multiple injuries, and he and his female passenger were taken by Muskogee County Emergency Medical Services to EASTAR Health System for non-life threatening injuries, a spokeswoman for EMS said. Neither the motorcyclist or the passenger was wearing a helmet at the time of the collision.
