Muskogee’s Tony Horn, right, is making the most of his pitching opportunities during summer ball. The junior made two appearances for the D-Bat Mustangs of Tulsa in the WWBA 16-under National Championship tournament held last week in Marietta, Ga., striking out eight in throwing 6 1/3 innings of two-hit ball in his one start, then closed the seventh without a run in his other appearance.
