The Oklahoma Blood Institute worked with the Muskogee Police Department and Muskogee Fire Department for the Guns ‘n’ Hoses Blood Drive. Donors chose whether to donate on behalf of the fire department or police department. The Muskogee Police Department won the challenge, 64-38, said Cpl.
