BREAKING NEWS: First-degree murder warrant issued for shooting suspect

— Muskogee County District Attorney Larry Moore said a first-degree murder warrant was issued for John Cone, 18, accused of shooting Skyler Brewer to death Thursday.

Muskogee police investigator Mark Ridley said they were informed Cone was going to turn himself at noon Friday, but Cone never appeared.

Cone is believed to be in Muskogee, Wagoner or Tulsa.
