BREAKING NEWS: Silver Alert issued for man with dementia

The Muskogee Police Department has issued a Silver Alert for a man with dementia.

Lee Phipps, 87, is approximately 5 feet, 7inches and 175 pounds with blue eyes and bald. Phipps was last seen wearing olive colored pants, a brown multicolored shirt, beige jacket, and leather shoes. He is driving a 2006 gray Dodge Dakota pickup with Oklahoma license plate 541-EOL, according to Muskogee Police Cpl. Mike Mahan.

Phipps has been diagnosed with dementia and was last seen in the Muskogee area around 3:30 p.m. near Chandler Road and the Muskogee Turnpike.
