BREAKING NEWS: OMHOF announces inductees

TULSA — Muskogee native opera singer Barbara McAlister and six others were announced as inductees to the Oklahoma Music Hall of Fame on Wednesday.

McAlister will join Jimmy Webb, Mason Williams, Sandi Patty, Norma Jean, Bob Dunn and the Mabee Center as inductees.

Muskogee artist Roger Davis, who did the artwork for inductees before his death earlier this year, will receive the Governor’s Award.

A concert featuring the Swon Brothers is Oct. 15 at the Mabee Center. A induction reception is Oct. 14 at the Oklahoma Music Hall of Fame.
