BREAKING NEWS: Sexual assault case against doctor dismissed

A judge dismissed a case against a Fort Gibson doctor after the alleged victim wouldn't testify in court.

Hubert Watty, 47, was arrested last year after being charged with a felony count of sexual battery.

The trial was set to start Thursday, but the alleged victim wouldn't testify.
