New manager takes helm at radio station

Katey Sherrick has been promoted to general manager of the Muskogee radio station, Okie Country 101.7, KTFX, a media release states.

Sherrick replaces Aleese Fielder, who accepted other employment in Wisconsin with another radio group. She will be responsible for translating executive management's goals into a plan of action, then delegating the plan to the people who report directly to her. She will also continue her duties as Morning Show co-host of the Fun Country Morning Show with Cliff and Katey.
