Small business tax workshop set

There will be a “Small Business Tax Basics” workshop from 9 to 11:30 a.m. March 13 at the Eufaula Public Library, 301 S. First St., a media release states.

New and seasoned small business owners will benefit from the training designed to give guidance concerning tax reporting and planning. Find answers to important tax questions and avoid financial headaches in the year ahead.

The workshop participants will learn the keys to sales tax registration and collection along with helpful tips on rate tables, reporting formats and exemptions. Presenter is Dewey Brandon, Oklahoma Tax Commission.
