Howard Harbison of Muskogee and Betty Stretch of Wagoner announce the engagement of their daughter, Susan Elaine Harbison, to Darrell Patrick Smart of Muskogee.
Susan is a Muskogee High School graduate and received her bachelor’s degree in human resource management from Northeastern State University. She is employed by Dr. Thomas R. Loken of Muskogee.
Darrell is the son of Jack Smart of Muskogee and Patricia Kessick of Indiana. He is a MHS graduate and is employed at Muskogee Country Club as golf course assistant superintendent.
A wedding is planned for April at First Presbyterian Church of Muskogee.
