Downs, Austin to wed on April 26, 2008

— Nancy Elizabeth Downs and George Leslie Austin, both of Tulsa, announce their engagement.
She is the daughter of Barbara T. Downs of Muskogee.
He is the son of George and Marianne Austin of Tulsa.
Nancy graduated from Muskogee High School and Oklahoma State University. She is vice president of Human Resources at Matrix Service Co.
Les graduated from Berryhill High School and OSU. He is chief financial officer for RAM Energy Resources Inc.
A wedding is planned for Saturday, April 26, 2008, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Broken Arrow.
