Blair, Martin wed on beach in Hawaii

— Jim Paul Blair and Tracy Ann Martin, both of Muskogee, were married on Tuesday, Feb. 12, 2008, in Kauai, Hawaii.
The bride is the daughter of Kitty Brown of Fort Gibson, and Richard Brown of Broken Arrow. The groom is the son of Ramona Reed-Blair and the late Jim Blair of Clayton.
They will reside in Muskogee.
