The Walkups celebrate their 40th anniversary

— Lee and Janice (Fulton) Walkup will celebrate 40 years of marriage on Saturday, June 27, 2009. They were married on June 27, 1969, at Keefeton Assembly of God Church. They have lived in the Muskogee area all of their married lives.
Lee owns Action Companies where he is an auctioneer and real estate investor/broker. Janice is a Certified Public Accountant with Roy Jenkins and Associates. They are both active in their church, Southeast Baptist Church.
The Walkups have two children, Marla Salmon and husband Shawn, and Dr. Matthew Walkup and wife Rebecca. They also have two grandchildren, Jake and Mylie Salmon.
Family and friends are invited to a cookout in their honor hosted by their children from 5 to 8 p.m. Saturday, June 27, 2009, at their home south of Muskogee. The couple requests no gifts.
