— Elizabeth Anne Brandecker and Stephen Blake Thomas, both of Fayetteville, Ark., were married on Saturday, July 7, 2012, on the beach at the Lime Tree Bay Resort in Layton (Long Key), Fla.

The bride is the daughter of Edward William Brandecker III and Virginia Sudberry Brandecker of Boca Raton, Fla., and the granddaughter of Edward William Brandecker and Elizabeth Hinnenkamp Brandecker (deceased) of Columbia, Mo., and Bonnie Sudberry Jennings and Bayard Palmer Sudberry Jr. (deceased) of Muskogee and step-granddaughter of William Earle Jennings M.D. (deceased) of Rogers, Ark.

The groom is the son of George Leonard Thomas and Jimalee Calcatera Thomas of Salem, Ark., and the grandson of Leonard George Thomas and Susan Hardy Thomas (both deceased) of Camp, Ark., and Helen Mielenz McCoy (deceased) of Dallas and James Calcatera (deceased) of Oroville, Calif.

The maid of honor was Olivia Welch of Fayetteville, Ark. The bridesmaids included Jessie Gitney of Milwaukee, Wis., Corey Good of Knoxville, Tenn., Claire Markway, cousin of the bride, of Overland Park, Kan., and Carly Sullivan, cousin of the bride, of Columbia, Mo.

The best man was Joe Neal of Fayetteville, Ark. Groomsmen included J.D. Lowery of Maumelle, Ark., Jeff Welch of The Colony, Texas and Edward William Brandecker IV, brother of the bride, of Boca Raton, Fla.

Flower girls were Elizabeth Grace and Lauren Lee Adams and the ring bearer was Mattie Anne Adams.

Following their honeymoon in the islands of Hawaii, the couple will reside in Fayetteville.
