HALL, Drake Eli, 2, son of Justin and Jennifer Hall, died Thursday. Services 1 p.m. Monday, Timothy Baptist Church, Foster-Petering Funeral Home.

LOVE, Quincyetta, 69, registered nurse, died Thursday. Services pending, Keith D. Biglow Funeral Directors.

MARTIN, Kenneth, 90, died Monday. Services 10 a.m. Saturday, Bradley Belltower Chapel, Bradley Funeral Service of Muskogee.

PAYNE, Otis Ray Sr. “Moe,” 57, laborer, died Oct. 24. Services 11 a.m. today, Church Central, Keith D. Biglow Funeral Directors.
