SALLISAW (formerly of Muskogee) — PALMER, Pearl, 99, homemaker, died Tuesday. Services 10 a.m. Monday, Greenhill Cemetery, Muskogee, Lescher-Millsap Funeral Home, Muskogee.

STIGLER — NODINE, Randy, 61, retired, died Wednesday. Services 2 p.m. Tuesday, New Life Center, Foster-Petering Funeral Home, Muskogee.

STILWELL — LOCUST, Charles D., 57, assistant chief of United Keetoowah Band of Cherokee Indians in Oklahoma, died Saturday. Services pending, Reed Culver Funeral Home, Tahlequah.
