Bob Geldof, Live Aid organizer and former band member of The Boomtown Rats, turns 57. Funk guitarist Lucius Ross, of the groups Parliament and Funkadelic, is 60. Carlo Mastrangelo, singer with doo wop group, The Belmonts, turns 70. Maroon 5 guitarist James Valentine is 30. Paul Thomas, bass player for Good Charlotte, is 28. Steve Miller, of the Steve Miller Band, turns 65. David Bryson, guitarist for the band Counting Crows, is 47. Dave Dederer, of the Presidents of the United States of America, turns 42.
