BEGINNER OR LIMITED YOGA CLASSES, 9 a.m. Tuesdays through March 25, St. Paul United Methodist Church, 2130 W. Okmulgee Ave. Class will continue for six weeks. Class will address breathing, stretching and yoga for beginners or those with arthritis. All poses on a chair or standing. Cost: $25.
