Sequoyah, Adair and Cherokee (SAC) Nutrition Program provides noon meals Monday through Friday at Tahlequah Nutrition Center, 320 E. First St.; Hulbert Nutrition Center, downtown Hulbert; Stilwell, 320 N. Sixth St.; Westville Nutrition Building, on Buffington Road, Westville; Watts Nutrition Center, downtown. MONDAY — Beef and cabbage casserole, carrots, cornbread, cookie, milk.
TUESDAY — Chili, breaded okra, greens, crackers, apple crisp, milk.
WEDNESDAY — Roast beef, mashed potatoes with gravy, mixed vegetables, hot roll, peaches, milk.
THURSDAY — Barbecue beef, coleslaw, lima beans, pineapple upside down cake, milk.
FRIDAY — Chicken vegetable soup, pea salad, crackers, California pudding cake, milk.
