Andrea Mosteller of Fort Gibson and Tracy Jenkins of Upland, Calif., announce the birth of their their first child, Ethan Cole Mosteller, on Friday, Feb. 20, 2009.
Maternal grandparents are Lucille Mosteller and the late Bill Mosteller Sr. of Fort Gibson.
Paternal grandparents are Janet Jenkins and the late James Jenkins of Upland, Calif.
Great-grandmother is Flossie Jenkins of Ontario, Calif.
