Nutrition program, 07.07.08 - 07.11.08
MCCAP Management Group Inc., provides noon meals Monday through Friday: Douglas Community Center, 602 Indianapolis St.; Wheatley Community Center, 500 Dayton, Fair Haven; Honor Heights Tower, 300 N. 40th St.; Fort Gibson; Haskell; Boynton and Webbers Falls. MCCAP Office is located at 1313 N. Main St., Muskogee. Crystal Cotner, project director and Erma Sallie, outreach coordinator, can be contacted at 683-7637.
Sequoyah, Adair and Cherokee (SAC) Nutrition Program provides noon meals Monday through Friday at Tahlequah Nutrition Center, 320 E. First St.; Hulbert Nutrition Center, downtown Hulbert; Stilwell, 320 N. Sixth St.; Westville Nutrition Building, on Buffington Road, Westville; Watts Nutrition Center, downtown.

WEEK OF JULY 7
MONDAY — Chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, gravy, spinach, biscuit, margarine, pudding, milk.
TUESDAY — Sloppy Joe on a bun, broccoli, glazed carrots, fruit cocktail, milk.
WEDNESDAY — Chili Frito pie, Mexican corn, cookie, milk.
THURSDAY — Beef stew, tossed salad, dressing, cornbread, margarine, apple cobbler, milk.
FRIDAY — Chicken casserole, stewed tomatoes, green beans, hot roll, margarine, pineapple pudding, milk.
