Sequoyah, Adair and Cherokee (SAC) Nutrition Program provides noon meals Monday through Friday at Tahlequah Nutrition Center, 320 E. First St.; Hulbert Nutrition Center, downtown Hulbert; Stilwell, 320 N. Sixth St.; Westville Nutrition Building, on Buffington Road, Westville; Watts Nutrition Center, downtown.

TUESDAY — Little smokies, sauerkraut, black-eyed peas, cornbread and margarine, cookie, milk.
WEDNESDAY — Sliced roasted turkey, mashed potatoes and gravy, glazed carrots, bread and margarine, applesauce, milk.
THURSDAY — Ham and beans with onion, tomato relish, spinach, cornbread and margarine, wacky cake, milk.
FRIDAY — Chicken tenders, potato wedges, broccoli and cauliflower, biscuit and margarine, banana pudding, milk.
