BLACKGUM FIRE DEPARTMENT PANCAKE BREAKFAST, 7 to 11 a.m., today, Blackgum Community Building, Oklahoma 100 1/2 mile east of the entrance to Tenkiller State Park. Cost: $6 adults; $5 children. Menu: Pancakes, bacon, sausage, orange juice, coffee, milk. MUSKOGEE HIGH SCHOOL FAST-PITCH SOFTBALL TEAM CAR WASH, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. today, McBride’s Stop-n-Go, 800 N. York St., and Homeland, Okmulgee Avenue and 32nd Street. TACO DINNER BENEFIT, featuring the Cherokee Adult Choir, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. today, VFW building, 128 E Choctaw, Tahlequah. Tickets Advance tickets are $5 from any choir member; $6 at the door. The choir has been invited to perform at the 96th annual Cherokee Indian Fair in Cherokee, N.C. in October. The benefit is to help with expenses. Classes LUPUS SYMPOSIUM, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. today, Bacone College, Lucy Peters Hall. Lunch provided. The purpose of the symposium is to educate the public about lupus and help newly diagnosed patients. Sponsors: Muskogee and Tulsa support groups, Bacone College and The Lupus Foundation of America, Oklahoma Chapter. Concerts BOK CENTER MULTI-FAITH CELEBRATION, 3 p.m. Sunday, BOK Center, Tulsa. Event will honor its opening with a multi-faith celebration with a community choir of more than 300 people and special guest, Sam Harris. Event is free and open to the public. Dances ROUND DANCING, 5 to 7 p.m. beginners, 7 to 9 p.m. intermediate, Sundays, Hatbox Dance Building, 540 S. 40th St. Instructors: Pat and Erma Chamberlain. Information: 687-8018. Events
