Three duplicate bridge games are offered each week at the Kiwanis Center, 119 Spaulding. Newcomers are welcome at all games. Schedule for this week: Mon 12:30 p.m.: open game Wed 12:30 p.m.: game restricted to players with fewer than 300 masterpoints Fri 12:30 p.m.: open game Recent winners: Sept. 29: Jane Lopes and Ann Kent, first; Ralph Parker and Fran Martin, second; Carol Ketchum and Joan Chapman, third. Oct. 1: North-South: Shirley Leathers and Linda Stearns, first; Sandra Cole and Santa McWilliams, second; Bill and Nettie Kaad, third; East/West: Mary Beyers and Fran Martin, first; Helen Dahl and Renee Tyrrell, second; Sara Sherwood and Alice Wilson, third; Janice Chance and Robert Thompson, fourth. Oct. 3: Ruth Sharpe and Ann Kent, first; Velma Sweet and Werner Wagner, second; Joan Dickson and Carol Ketchum third; Mary Smith and Ralph Parker, fourth. Call Mary Smith at 682-2605 to find a partner for the Monday or Friday game; for the Wednesday game call Velma Sweet at 682-2848. The club will sponsor a sectional tournament on Nov. 1 and 2. Players from various Oklahoma clubs and from Arkansas, Texas, Kansas and Missouri are expected to compete. Call Ann Kent at 682-3098 for information. Kiwanis Club Kiwanis Club of Muskogee had an installation banquet on Sept. 30. Dan Clem, outgoing president, was awarded a watch. Arch Chapman was awarded a plaque as Kiwanian of the year for his outstanding performance as program chairperson.
