Christmas Home Tour donations go to good cause

— The Muskogee Christmas Home Tour Committee is asking for $1 donations to the Kelly B. Todd Cerebral Palsy and Neuro-Muscular Center for a chance to win a diamond ring.

The cluster diamond ring has been donated by Mike Haley of Haley and Loyd Jewelry of Muskogee. Haley said the ring is one carat set in 14-carat gold with a retail value of $1,500. Charlene Schoeppel said committee members are accepting the $1 donations.

Proceeds from the ring donations and from ticket sales for the 20th annual Christmas by Candlelight and 38th annual Muskogee Christmas Home Tour will be donated to the Kelly B. Todd Cerebral Palsy and Neuro-Muscular Center.

The evening tour, Christmas by Candlelight, includes food and entertainment, from 7 to 10 p.m. Dec. 1. Advance tickets are $25 and available by calling Donna Taylor, (918) 683-6600 or the center at (918) 683-4621. Homes on the night tour are: Matthew and Annette Williams, 1403 W. Okmulgee Ave.; Bob and Gwen Coburn, 3420 River Bend Road; Noble and Pam Beck, 3415 Harris Ave.; and Three Rivers Museum, 220 Elgin.

The day tour, Muskogee Christmas Home Tour, is from 1 to 4 p.m. Dec. 1 and 2. Homes on tour are: Ken and Linda Johnson, 2921 Mayer Lane; Michael and Ellen Mayer, 3535 Mayer Lane; Vernell and Toni Redo, 3706 Country Club Drive; Joan Eaton, 308 Kingsbury Drive; and Thomas-Foreman Historical Home, 1419 W. Okmulgee Ave. Tickets are $10 and available at the door or in advance at Economy Pharmacy, Bella Mea's, Rustic Elegance, Haley and Loyd Jewelry, I'm A Basket Case, Bebb's Flowers, and Kelly B.
