Birds of prey


— Robert Aanson and The Royal Gauntlet Birds of Prey will be landing at the Q.B. Boydstun Public Library at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Fort Gibson. The Royal Gauntlet is a licensed rehabilitation facility located in Coweta and is permitted to provide care and rehabilitation of sick or injured wildlife prescribed by the Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation. The program presented focuses on wildlife conservation, ecology, and raptor biology and features birds of prey from all over the world.

Included birds will be a Saker Falcon, a Lanner Falcon, a Barbary Falcon, a Eurasian Eagle-owl, two South American Lesser Yellow Headed Vultures, and others. The program will last approximately one hour, and an opportunity will be available for questions. This program is free for children and adults. Q.B.
