MPL offers program on black history

The fifth annual black history program is from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday in the Grant Foreman Room at the Muskogee Public Library. This year’s theme is “Sharing our Legacy.”

Freeman Culver, a professor of history at Connors State College, will be the main  speaker.

Others scheduled to speak include Oscar and ShIronbutterfly Ray, Derrick Reed, Collotta Bailey and Norman Hightower.
