College instructor publishes novel

Roger Huff, adjunct instructor at Bacone College and pastor of Impact Church in Wagoner, recently published a Christian fantasy novel.

The novel, “Three Trails to Ilgorn,” tells the story of the abduction of princesses Janine and Angelica from the kingdom of Ryecliff by Raphical. Their brothers, princes William II and Michael, feel responsible for the abduction and sneak away from their castle to rescue the girls. King Solon, from the neighboring kingdom of Havencrest, where Raphical had once served as right-hand man, knows the only one who can rescue the princesses is his son, Prince Zarias, and so he sends him.

“Three Trails to Ilgorn” is available at amazon.com ,  westbowpress.com and several other websites. It is available as a paperback, hardback and also as an ebook on some sites.

Huff, who has a degree in creative writing from Wichita State University, has pastored at Impact since October 2008. He is in his second year as an adjunct instructor in reading and writing at Bacone. In addition to his pastoring and teaching duties, Huff works at Marvin’s Foods, 615 N. York.

Huff originally started “Three Trails to Ilgorn” as a story about his children and for them to draw pictures for. It is Huff’s first novel. He is currently working on a sequel with the working title “Quest for the Healing Rose,” the release states.
