Eufaula’s Rooster Ball benefit Tuesday night

Proceeds go to scholarships for kids in Summer Arts Program

The Eufaula Rooster Ball will be from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. Tuesday at RCB on Texanna Road and U.S. 69 north of Eufaula. It will be an evening of fun, food and entertainment, according to a media release.

The ball is a fundraiser to provide scholarships to students for Eufaula’s Summer Arts Program for ages 6-12 and a membership drive.

The Summer Arts Program this year will be for the first two weeks in June. Scholarships are awarded based on financial need.

Tickets for the Rooster Ball are $10 and can be purchased at the door.

A highlight of the evening will be the roast of Eufaula school Superintendent Jeanette Smith.

Chef “Andi D” of Weatherford, Texas, will provide a taco and tostada bar. She is an award-winning chef, according to the release.

The featured musicians are the Sunset Band of McAlester, with Rudy O’Donley and Kevin Priddle.

Erin Davis-Farrow will be the master of ceremonies. There will be a silent auction and a door raffle.

Tickets for the Rooster Ball can be purchased in advance from noon to 4 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday at Main Street Studio, 105 S. Main, Eufaula.
