Churches celebrate season


BAPTIST
BLACKJACK MISSIONARY, Old Taft Road and 94th St. North, will host the Rev. Jerry Roy Morrison during its revival at 7 p.m. Dec. 10, 11 and 12, and will continue at Mount Zion Missionary Baptist Church, 902 Rutherford, at 7 p.m. Dec. 13 and 14. Morrison is formerly of Muskogee and serves as senior pastor of Jerusalem Missionary Baptist Church in Los Angeles, Calif. ST. JOSEPH, 321 N. Virginia St., is offering classes and activities:
• First Saturday Mass will be at 9 a.m. today in the Adoration Chapel.
• The Altar Society will have its annual Cookie and Candy sale from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. today in parish hall.
• Knights of Columbus will host the statewide mid-year meeting this weekend at St. Joseph.

NONDENOMINATIONAL
