Library programs scheduled

— Muskogee County libraries are having many programs this summer. Mark your calendars so you can attend these programs:

Travel to Egypt with the Magic Archeologist and discover ancient finds, including a magic lamp, mysterious crystals, ancient artifacts, dinosaur bones and more at the Fort Gibson Public Library, at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, and Muskogee Public Library, at 2 p.m. Tuesday. Be part of the exploration and see what amazing things can happen when you discover all that happens underground.

Laughing Matters will present “Toss, Catch, Dig” at 6 p.m. Thursday at the Muskogee Public Library and at 10:30 a.m. Friday at the Fort Gibson Public Library. Jay and Leslie toss and catch juggling equipment, have a game of baseball in mime, and will amaze you with the invisible ball. In one routine, Leslie portrays library archeologist Nellie Dingfod back from her latest dig. This program is designed for all ages.
