Students go to JA BizTown

JA BizTown Mayor Fatima Ledezma (representing Irving and Cherokee elementaries) prepares to lead the afternoon town hall meeting as her fellow citizens listen respectfully. More than 400 Muskogee elementary students will participate in a simulated community known as “JA BizTown.” Students practice the rights and responsibilities of citizenship as they become the workers, consumers, entrepreneurs and leaders of their own community.
