Toastmasters

A recent article in the Toastmaster magazine emphasizes the importance of doing research before writing and giving a speech. The article states that, “A speech is only as good as the quality of the research and reflection that is put into it.” The article recommends using subscription databases which are provided to Toastmasters and other residents of Muskogee for free by the Muskogee Public Library. Toastmasters meetings are held at 6:30 p.m. the first and third Tuesday of the month at Three Rivers Museum, 220 Elgin St.
