Club news runs on Sundays. The deadline for club news is noon Wednesday.

Keystone Study Club

Keystone Study Club will meet at 1 p.m. Monday at McIntee’s with Nancy Wilkinson as hostess. The program will be presented by Wilkinson, and current events will be given by Acebo, Crank and Critchfield.

Real Estate Professionals

The next Real Estate Professionals meeting is at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday at American Bank of Oklahoma, second floor, the intersection of Chandler Road and York Street. Debbie Cooper and American Bank will provide lunch.  


Women’s Club

The Tenkiller Women’s Club will meet at noon Wednesday at the Restaurant of the Cherokees.

The program will be given by Heather Winn. Winn is the family and consumer science educator for the Oklahoma Cooperative Extension Service in Cherokee County. She will be speaking on healthy food.

Members are asked to bring non-perishable food to donate to the Cookson Baptist Church Helping Hands program.

Green Country Duplicate Bridge

Green Country Duplicate Bridge meets at 12:30 p.m. each Monday, Wednesday and Friday at the Kiwanis Senior Citizens Center, 119 Spaulding Blvd. Newcomers are welcome. If you are interested in playing or learning to play duplicate bridge, call Ann Kent at (918) 682-3098, Mary Smith at (918) 682-2605, or Sandy Cole at (918) 684-9002.

• Oct. 1 — Becky Powers and Pam Coonce, first.

• Oct. 4 — Linda Stearns and Norma Kolmer, first; and Ruth Sharpe and Ann Kent, Mary Smith and Ralph Parker, and Betty Jordan and Carol Ketchum tied for second.

• Oct. 7 — Mary Smith and Bill Porter tied with Ruth Sharpe and Betty Jordan for first.

The club will sponsor a Halloween party on Oct. 30 for all bridge players in Muskogee. Bring your favorite partner. Please RSVP to Ann or Mary. STaC games will be played on Nov. 4 and 8 for silver points.
