Health Department seeks input

Officials with the Oklahoma State Department of Health are seeking input from the public regarding the health needs of women and children in the state.

Through Nov. 30, the OSDH Maternal and Child Health Service will post an online survey for public response to assess the needs of Oklahoma’s pregnant women, mothers, infants and children, including children with special health care needs.

The MCH online survey is anonymous and short, with 13 questions.

Hard copies of the survey also are available:

Carolyn Marriott, (405) 271-6761 or email

CarolynM@health.ok.gov.

Results from the survey will be available online after Jan.1.
