Harps announces $250,000 winning customer; contest continues

— SPRINGDALE, Ark. — Harps Food Stores announced the $250,000 Grand Prize Winner in its Collect & Win Game July 23 at its Dardanelle, Arkansas store, in a media release.

The lucky winner was 27-year-old Bridgitte Mayer of Dardanelle, who was thrilled to be named the winner of the $250,000 mortgage.

She received a check from David Ganoung, Marketing Specialist with Harps Food Stores.

The odds of her winning the grand prize were one in six million.

“This day has changed my life forever for the better,” Myers said according the the media release.

Her first baby is due in November and she said she plans to use some of the money to pay for the delivery and the child's education.

She also plans to pay down her mortgage and credit cards, purchase a new vehicle and give some to family members.

There are still many prizes that can still be won in Harps Collect & Win Game, including a second $250,000 Grand Prize, vacations, brand new vehicles, groceries, cash valued at nearly a million dollars.

The game continues through August 24th at all 65 Harps and price Cutter locations throughout Arkansas, eastern Oklahoma and southern Missouri.
