Board of Trustees

• Visitor’s discussion, limited to three minutes.

Consent agenda:

• Minutes of the Regular Meeting of the Town of Fort Gibson Feb. 11.

• Approval of payroll paid Feb. 22 in the amount of $32,984.41.

• Pre-approval of payroll to be paid March 8 in the estimated amount of $37,500.

• Payment of claims for all departments.

Items of business for discussion and/or decision:

• Approval of financial report for January 2013.

• Juvenile Arrest and Detention section of the Fort Gibson Police Department Policy and Procedure Manual.

• Request for variance from the Town of Fort Gibson Code of Ordinances Title 11, Chapter 3, Flood Damage Prevention, Section B, for construction of the Sports Complex concession building to be built below base flood elevation to the Fort Gibson Board of Adjustment.

• Deferring all aspects of the Fort Gibson Sports Complex concession building construction pending Board of Adjustment decision.

• Amending ordinances regarding flood plain administration in Fort Gibson.

• Permitting the concession building at the Sports Complex.

• Fencing of the Sports Complex.

• Appointment of Sue Groover to the Board of Adjustment.

• Appointment of Jackson Dale to the Board of Adjustment.

• Resolution 2013-06, a resolution regarding increase of speeding fines and forfeitures for the Fort Gibson Police Department.

• Administrator’s report.

• Remarks and inquiries from governing body members.

Utilities Authority

• Visitor’s discussion, limited to three minutes.

Consent Agenda

• Minutes of the Regular Meeting of the Fort Gibson Utilities Authority Feb. 11.

• Approval of payroll paid Feb. 22 in the amount of $26,386.58.

• Pre-approval of payroll to be paid March 8 in the estimated amount of $30,000.

• Approval of payment of claims for all departments.

• Approval of financial report for January 2013.    

Items of business for discussion and/or decision:

• Revised engineering proposal to include River Road and the west portion of Morgan Road for water service.

Executive session:

• Discussion regarding the employment, hiring, appointment, promotion, demotion, disciplining, or resignation of  David Olvera as a public works laborer. 11 OS §307(b) (1).

• Return from executive session and take action if necessary.

• Administrator’s report.

• Remarks and inquiries from governing body members.
