TAHLEQUAH 47, GROVE 20 – The Tigers (1-3, 1-0 5A-4) had three rushers each run for more than 100 yards. Quarterback David Dick led all rushers with 201 yards on 17 carries and four touchdowns, three rushing and one passing. Brandon Conrad had 160 on 12 carries and Colton Wright had 127 on 14 carries. Dick’s touchdown runs came were for 30, 37 and 23 yards. The TD pass was a 34-yarder to Kourt McMillan.

EUFAULA 35, IDABEL 12 – The Ironheads (3-1, 1-0 3A-8) as Trey Moore led the way with 99 yards on 11 carries and touchdown runs of 2 and 18 yards  Casey Pryor had 15 carries for 94 yards and TD runs 12 and 11 yards. Shane Moore had a 20-yard TD run. Quarterback Dillon Larkin completed all six of his pass attempts for 97 yards.

WEBBERS FALLS 48, BOKOSHE 0 — It only took a half of football for the Warriors (3-1, 2-0 C-4) to dispense of Bokoshe in a game stopped because of the mercy rule. Darren Shanks led the ground game with 64 yards rushing and a 17-yard touchdown. Shanks also completed 11 of 12 passes for 149 yards and four touchdowns, one each to Jayton Eckhardt, Easton Eckhardt, Taylor Stephens and Colby Menie covering 45, 9, 5 and 22 yards. The defense got in on the scoring as well as Dillon Coleman had a 60-yard interception return for a touchdown and Hunter Bray returned an interception 65 yards for a TD.

COLCORD 56, HULBERT 6 – The Riders fell to 0-4, 0-1 in 2A-8.

VIAN 59, POCOLA 0 – The Class 2A No. 5 Wolverines (4-0, 1-0 2A-6) were led by Rylee Simon, who had 110 yards rushing on just six carries and two touchdowns on runs of 73 and 15 yards. Simon also threw a 45-yard touchdown pass to Joey Kelly. Eric Casey, Terron Moses, Daylon McWaters and Dakota Eads all added touchdowns for the Wolverines.

SW COVENANT 82, MIDWAY 34 – The Chargers (0-4, 0-3 C-4) had bright spots on the night as Devon Barnes, Kace Scruggs and Jordan Walehwa  had two touchdowns each. Barnes’ TD came on runs of 7 and 3 yards. Scruggs threw for touchdowns of 20 yards to Corey Miller and a 25-yarder to Walehwa. Walehwa’s second touchdown came on a 78-yard kickoff return.

WARNER 36, FOYIL 8 – The Eagles (2-2, 1-0 A-8) spread the ball around in gaining 226 yards. Tristan Van Daley had a touchdown run of 71 yards, while Clint Kite had TD runs of 32 and 3 yards. Jacob Crabtree had a 27-yard TD run and a 32-yard reception for a score.

MEEKER 50, HASKELL 14 – The Haymakers (1-3, 0-1 2A-5) were led by Alex Wheeland who had 13 carries for 90 yards. Wheeland also was part of a hook and ladder play that went to Jacob Crow then to Trey Lane for 62 yards. Brody Enkey was 4-for-5 passing for 62 yards and a 37-yard touchdown to Lane Young.

SPIRO 17, STIGLER 14 – The Panthers (2-2, 0-1 3A-8) were led once again by Seth Sandlin who had a combined 348 total yards on offense. Sandlin had 21 carries for 100 yards, and was 19-for-43 for 248 yards and two touchdown passes to Austin Drewry covering 10 and 11 yards.

CHECOTAH 46, ROLAND 24 – The Wildcats moved to (4-0, 1-0  8-3A) stayed unbeaten behind the offensive show of quarterback Caleb Knight, who rushed for a pair of  touchdowns and threw for three more, all to Cody Cox. Drew Dan had a kickoff return for a score and Jacob Campbell, who booted a 37-yard field goal before injuring an ankle in the second quarter, gave way to Denmark exchange student Frederick Eilersen who kicked two extra points. Checotah led 30-16 at the half in handing Roland (3-1, 0-1) its first setback.

KIEFER 50, PORTER 0 – The Pirates fell to 1-3 with a non-district loss.

PORUM 50, GANS 20 – The Panthers (2-1, 3-1 4-B) got 172 yards rushing on 25 carries and four touchdowns from Darren Bollman in beating the Grizzlies. Dakota Wright added two touchdowns.

SALLISAW CENTRAL 49, GORE 28 – The Pirates (0-4, 0-1 A-6) were led by Chris Jarvis with two touchdowns, while Jacob Tincher added another.
