THE FORT Gibson Athletic Department would like to thank all of you who helped make the 2014 Old Fort Days Classic a great success. This was the 40th year for the tournament. We have so many wonderful sponsors who help us that there are too many to name! We also have numerous individuals who work with us to ensure that the tournament week is a repeated success. I would like to say, “Thank you,” from Fort Gibson Public Schools and the Fort Gibson Athletic Department. Your continued support is appreciated. We are looking forward to next year’s event.

WE WISH to extend a heartfelt “Thank You” to Agent Funeral Home, Pastor Rennie and Patty Ohl of Church on the Word for ministering to our family before, during and after the untimely death of our daughter, sister, mother, grandmother and friend DeAnna Gay Thomas of Gore and for the beautiful memorial service.
Thanks also to Howell Ferguson and members for use of White Chapel Church for DeAnna’s service, Larry Carter of the White Chapel Cemetery Association, Lake Road Church of Christ for use of the Fellowship Hall for our family dinner, especially Raymond and Ruby Pigeon and Euial Carter, and to all friends and relatives who prepared and served the family dinner. Many of DeAnna’s family live out of town and could not have presented such a moving and deserved tribute to her without the help of all mentioned.
