THE DAVID Shelton family would like to say thank you to some wonderful people who took care of our husband, father, and pepaw before he went home to be with his loving heavenly father. He could not of had any better care than from Professional Home Hospice and their loving care staff: Jackie, Lovie, Jenny, Shannon, Tammie, and Chaplins Lisa and Carney.

He had wonderful doctors also. Dr. Vasireddy, Dr. Nugesse and Dr. David Lester were very caring and loving to him and his family. To our home church, Eastern Heights and our Pastor Jeff Mann, we say thank you for your loving care, support, and prayers. We also want to thank Cornerstone Funeral Home, who are the most caring and loving people. They have the most beautiful facilities and they care so much for the families.

We thank you and God bless you all.

THE FAMILY of Misty Lauderdale would like to thank all of her friends for the many cards and flowers that were sent in her behave during this extremely difficult time. The family especially wishes to thank all the staff of Cornerstone Funeral Services for their kindness and professionalism in this time in our life.

We would also like to thank the Oklahoma Department of Corrections for sending their Honor Guard to her services. The Honor Guard was appreciated very much. Misty had a decade of service with the Department of Corrections and made many life long friendships while she was there. We all know how much she loved her job and how she regretted having to retire due to her severe health problems she suffered in Jan. 2007.

We want to thank Bishop Guy Grooms of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints for conducting the funeral service in the manner in which he did. His many kinds words will not be forgotten. We are grateful for the Relief Society sisters and to our many friends for providing food for the family during this troubling time in our lives.

If there is anyone that we have forgotten to mention we are sorry. There were so many acts of kindness during this time it is very difficult to write them all down. We do not have the space to mention them all or to thank all those involved. We want you all to know that we will not forget what you have done and the love that has been shown to Misty at this time. She will be missed.
