IN CELEBRATING the new life of Teresa Rodriguez. The Petterson/Rodriguez family would like to extend a warming thank you to Martin Lane Sr. (BaBa) for officiating, to the Wainwright Baptist Church for the meal that was provided, and also to Sandy Brewer, Brian Leist, and Jean Wallace.
There are many others who joined us in our journey and for that we thank you. Also, a big thanks to the people who brought food to our home.
THE WALKERS: Jerry, Gracia, Keith, Rebecca, and Stone, want to express their thanks for every kindness extended to us since the loss of our beloved Quince. We were overwhelmed by the outpouring of love and concern for our family. We are so grateful to the family and friends who reached out to us with their visits, kind words, prayers, food, and flowers.
We especially want to thank Chaplain Phil Pack whose words brought comfort. The churches: Trinity Methodist, Trinity Baptist, and Oktaha Community Church, all of Oktaha, and Elm Grove Assembly of God provided a wonderful dinner, no small task considering the size of our family.
We are very grateful to Lyn Curran, Brent Eller, Ronnie Walker, Richard Swaringim, John Thomas, and Rowdy Russell for bearing Quince to his final resting place. Finally, we want to thank Jerry Needham, Superintendent of Oktaha Schools, for providing a place for us to say our goodbyes to Quince. We are very grateful.

WE WANT TO take this opportunity to thank our family, friends, church family, and neighbors for all of their support in the way of visits, prayers, cards, calls, and gifts of food and help during this past year when John was so ill. We have learned how important friendship is when you are going through a very difficult time. Words are just not adequate to express our feelings.
We also extend our heartfelt thanks to Theresa and the aides at Eastgate Village and to Tamara and the Hometown Hospice workers for taking good care of our husband, father, and grandfather and for helping him transition more easily from this earth to his eternal home in heaven. John made our lives better while we had him here with us and we will miss him every day.

We are very grateful and appreciative to Tee, Karen, Carlene, Tammy, and the Dogwood Creek Retirement Center Staff for the kindness, understanding, and gracious way all of you have taken care of our mother for the past 10 months. All of you became part of our family.
Also, we appreciate the loving care and comfort shown to our mother and our family from Gina Humphrey and Jennifer and Robert Gaddy, from Goodneighbor Hospice.
We would like to say a very special thank you to Gary Cooper, Shane Frix, and all the Cornerstone Funeral Home staff for the kind, thoughtful, and tender-hearted way you all took care of every delicate detail for Mother’s funeral service. Your facility is gorgeous, you truly treat each family like royalty, but your loving and caring hearts outshine it all.
