A rural Haskell man was charged Thursday with child sexual abuse in Muskogee County District Court.
Brian Keith Fuller, 46, was arrested last week after a 5-year-old relative came forward with allegations of sexual molestation. According to court documents, Fuller pulled down the child’s pants and touched her vagina in a sexual manner.
Muskogee County Sheriff’s Investigator Tim Brown said Fuller has denied the allegations, but the child came forward immediately and is intelligent and credible.
Fuller is free on a $25,000 bond. He is scheduled to appear March 29 for the sounding docket, at which time a preliminary hearing should be scheduled.
