— Jerry Efurd, USDA area director for rural development, will be guest speaker at a luncheon meeting of the Eastern Chapter of the American Indian Chamber of Commerce of Oklahoma at 11:30 a.m. Thursday at Benjamin Wacoche Hall at Bacone College.
Efurd will discuss various programs offered by the USDA Rural Development division, including programs affecting rural housing, rural business and rural utilities.
