CONSENT AGENDA:
• Consider approval of the actual payroll in the amount of $929,875.81 for the pay period ending March 8.
• Consider approval of the estimated payroll in the amount of $850,000 for the pay period ending March 22.
• Consider approval of the report of claims for all city departments March 3-14.
• Consider approval of purchase of four hand-held radios from Muskogee Communications in the amount of $3,510 for Muskogee Police Department.
• Consider approval of purchase of reversible trip edge snowplow from Southwest Trailers and Equipment in the amount of $8,870 for Public Works Department.
• Consider approval of change order to the Frix Construction Co. contract for parking lot improvements at the Swim & Fitness Center.
• Consider approval of a contract with AERO METRIC Inc. to provide professional services for the first phase of geographic information systems update.
• Consider approval of $7,750 contract with Heartland Surveying and Mapping in to provide surveying services associated with the city’s geographic information systems update.
• Consider approval of a resolution declaring property located on North 17th Street surplus to the needs of the City and authorizing city manager to dispose of said property.
• Consider approval of the E-911 report for the month of February.
AGENDA:
• Consider approval to conduct a Public Hearing to consider a “Certificate of Convenience and Necessity” to MiRyde Taxi to operate a taxi service in the city of Muskogee.
• Consider approval to conduct a Public Hearing to consider a “Certificate of Convenience and Necessity” to Starlight Limo and Taxi Service to operate a taxi and limousine service in the city of Muskogee.
• Consider Dewayne Parent’s application to operate MiRyde Taxi in the city of Muskogee.
• Consider Charles and Tommy Fulton’s application to operate Starlight Limo and Taxi Service in the city of Muskogee.
• Discuss and take possible action on the process for the selection of the City of Muskogee Foundation’s board of directors.
