Porum sets enrollment date for 4-year-olds

— Porum Elementary School will have screening at the Porum School Library from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. April 4 for children who will be 4 years old by Sept. 1, 2009.
Parents/guardians need to bring a copy of the child’s birth certificate, current shot record, Social Security card and a copy of the child’s medical card (Sooner Care, CDIB or insurance).
