Warner man charged with rape

— Prosecutors charged a Warner school bus mechanic with two counts of second-degree rape and one count of lewd molestation against a 15-year-old girl Tuesday.
Jimmie Cagle, 42, of Keefeton was arrested last Thursday, the day the alleged victim told school officials she had been molested by the accused. She told school officials she had endured the sexual abuse for about 10 years, since she was 5 years old.
Muskogee Sheriff’s Deputy Tim Brown said school officials notified the sheriff’s office and the Department of Human Services.
The case is under investigation, said Muskogee County Assistant District Attorney Nikki Baker Dotson. Cagle made an initial appearance Tuesday on the three felony charges. Bond was set at $150,000.
